My name is Thomas White, and I am the proud owner of Sheila’s Safe Place, a home care agency dedicated to providing compassionate, dependable, and high-quality care to individuals and families in Chowan County and surrounding areas.
With over 7 years of experience in healthcare as an assistant, I have developed a deep passion for helping others maintain their independence while receiving the support they need in the comfort of their own homes. My hands-on experience has allowed me to truly understand the unique needs of each client and the importance of personalized care.
I founded Sheila’s Safe Place in 2026 with a clear vision to create a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment where every client feels valued and cared for like family. My goal is to ensure that every individual we serve receives not just care, but compassion, dignity, and trust.
At Sheila’s Safe Place, we don’t just provide services, we build meaningful relationships and treat every client as if they were our own family.
